Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update the privacy policy at any time. The date at the top shows when the policy was last modified. We recommend that you regularly check the policy to stay updated.

Data Controller
Mingel Me AB org.no: 559510-0610, is the data controller for the processing of personal data in our operations. As a data controller, it is our responsibility to ensure that your data is handled correctly and securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national data protection legislation, which exists to protect individuals' privacy.

To create a user account or otherwise use the Service, you must first accept the policy. Please read this policy before using the Service.

Personal Data We Collect
When you use the Service, we may collect and store the following types of data:

Use of Meta Pixel
Our website uses Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta (formerly Facebook), to analyze and understand how users interact with our website. This technology collects data such as visited pages, time spent on the website, and actions performed (e.g., purchases or form completion). The information is used to improve our services and customize our marketing so we can show you relevant ads on Meta's platforms. The use of Meta Pixel takes place only to the extent that you have provided consent to marketing cookies.

Secure Payment

We offer secure payment in cooperation with Stripe. When you pay, you are redirected to a secure page with an SSL certificate from Stripe. There you can enter your details and pay safely. We never handle or store your card details.

Data Storage
We store your data as long as necessary for the purpose of processing. However, data may be stored longer if required by law (e.g., accounting). When you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from communications, we will cease the relevant processing. Personal data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable legislation.

In order to organise and deliver booked activities in a safe and high-quality manner, MinglMe may share limited personal data with organisers and activity hosts.
Such data may include first name and age group, and is shared only to the extent necessary to plan and carry out the specific activity.
The data is shared solely with the relevant host and may not be used for any other purpose than delivering the activity.

Sharing of personal data with partners for marketing purposes
MinglMe may, in connection with certain collaborations, share your name and email address with selected partners in order for them to contact you with offers, information, or marketing related to their activities or services.
Such sharing takes place only if you have explicitly consented to it. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time via your account or by contacting us.

In these cases, our partners act as independent data controllers and are themselves responsible for their processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
